CCAPA Advocates for Improving State Planning
At CCAPA’s request the Planning and Development and Transportation Committees held an Informational Forum on State Planning and Transportation. CCAPA’s presentation emphasized the potential value of a detailed study to evaluate current conditions and needs and alternative approaches to organizing State planning, and we encouraged the Committees to support the creation of a task force to accomplish such a study.
